• Storica (link to download apk file, since app is not listed anymore on Google Playstore)

• AIRS (Android Remote Sensing) @ Github
  • not maintained anymore as its main functionalities were integrated into Storica but, with proper modifications, it could still be used as a standalone mobile-based data gathering platform
